"I think I'm perfectly normal. If I weren't, it wouldn't be as simple as just holding your hand and walking along," Elio teased with a playful smile. "You've been standing for so long, must be tired. Want me to carry you back to the car?"

"Absolutely not! But thanks for the offer, Mr. Lampard!" Astrid quickly declined. "Oh, by the way, there's something I wanted to ask you."

"Sure." Once they were back in the car, Astrid got straight to the point. "Quincy showing up at that venue—was that your doing?"

Elio hadn't expected Astrid to figure it out so soon, but he saw no reason to hide it. He nodded, "Yes, he gathered quite a bit of useful information and even uncovered a secret."

"A secret?" Astrid blinked with curiosity. "Did he find out who owns that factory?"

Elio shook his head, "Not exactly, but Bernice was spotted going into the factory two days ago."

"Bernice???" Astrid was slightly taken aback. That woman getting involved in this mess was certainly a surprise.

Seeing Astrid's furrowed brow, Elio spoke softly, "She's likely making some sort of deal with the factory owner. If nothing unexpected happens, we'll soon hear news of her dramatic comeback."

"Though we can't be certain yet, there are plenty of clues indicating that factory is linked to Viper Mirage."

After pondering for a while, Astrid spoke coldly, "The entertainment business is just a façade. Her real goal isn't a comeback."
