The Great Medical Saint novel Chapter 402

A cold glint flickered in Matthew's eyes. The muscles in his right leg tensed up instantly when he unleashed a kick that was as fast as lightning.

With a sharp whoosh, the kick landed right on Ted's knee, followed by the crisp sound of bone breaking.

Ted's knee bent backward. As he lost his balance, he fell to the floor with his baseball bat slipping out of his hand. He screamed in agony.

"Fuck, are you out of your mind to hit me? I'm going to tear you apart—"

Ted hadn't even finished speaking when Matthew crouched down to pick up the baseball bat and slowly raised it. Upon seeing this, Ted was so scared that a chill ran down his spine, and he even felt his skin crawling.

What a maniac. Matthew was a reckless idiot who acted without thinking and dared to attack him.

Overcome with fear, Ted shouted at the top of his lungs, "Stop! Do you know my uncle is a district leader? If you dare hit me, he won't let you off the hook. You better calm down and start thinking about the consequences."

With a cold look, Matthew slowly replied, "I'm as calm as ever."

Matthew had barely finished his sentence when he swung down the bat with a whistling sound. Ted's other knee was also crushed to pieces.

With his hand on his knee, Ted writhed on the ground and growled like a wild animal. "Oh! My leg! It hurts… It's killing me…"

Upon seeing how brutal Matthew was, Ted's hired thug in the back was startled. The two of them discreetly backed away.

Reane's face was drained of color, but her eyes flashed in excitement. She was terrified, but the thought that only a tough guy like him could avenge her man brought her a glimpse of hope.

Trevor knitted his brows together and stayed silent. Ted was sweating from the pain, his face contorted in agony.

Realizing that the people behind him were still standing there, he yelled, "What the hell are you doing? Stop standing there! Can't you see I'm getting my ass kicked? Do something!
