Matthew bit out icily, "I don't believe in that shit, okay?" As he spoke, he walked toward Richard, who was smoking and looking at Matthew with much contempt.
Richard said, "Go ahead and try me, then. If I were to get hurt and get hospitalized, I'll make your whole family pay till they go bankrupt!"
Now, it wasn't as if Richard was truly fearless facing Matthew. It was because he was truly scared that he would get beaten up by Matthew that he purposely stated such consequences.
As long as Matthew understood the seriousness of the consequences, there was no way he would take action against Richard anymore.
However, Matthew merely let out an icy smile and straight up grabbed onto Richard's hair and pulled hard to the right after walking up to him.
Having his scalp seared in so much pain, Richard couldn't help but shriek, "My hair! Are you insane? Do you really want your whole family to go bankrupt?"
Then, Matthew held onto his hair and sent him headbutting against the wall. A loud thud sounded, and Richard soon lost consciousness as he limply fell onto the floor.
A while later, Richard sat up and opened his eyes—only to see Matthew standing in front of him.
Richard proceeded to lie back down and gritted his teeth. "You're so dead—so fucking dead! I'm going to make a police report now and not only make you pay for my hospital bills but also send you to prison!"
Those who came with Richard were all overwhelmed by the power Matthew had shown. But now that they saw Richard on his phone, they stirred up a commotion as well. "Report him! Send him to prison!"
"I'll call for an ambulance to send him to the hospital for a medical check-up!"
"Mr. Henderson, just lay there and don't move for now. You can get up when the police arrive!"
Rachel was shocked as well. Ever since Matthew had gotten rid of Isaac, there never seemed to be a peaceful day that followed.
Though she and Matthew were still in a hidden relationship, she couldn't help but walk up to Matthew to tell him off after he had made his moves.
"Can't you just hold it in?"
But Matthew seriously thought that he was already holding himself back. Having experienced the massacre he committed back at the psychiatric hospital, Matthew realized that he harbored a heavy murderous intent whenever he was faced with situations that angered him.
However, he didn't want to resolve every single situation by killing people, so he tried extremely hard to suppress his anger and murderous intentions.
