The guard thought Barrett was insane. Matthew had hooked up with another woman. It was quite a big deal, yet Barrett remained unconvinced.

He lost the patience to explain. "If you don't believe me, forget it. In any case, Wealthwave Group doesn't have an employee named Matthew Grant. Leave immediately. Stop pestering us."

Was this guard trying to kick him out?
