The Great Medical Saint novel Chapter 585

Inside the private room, Levi realized Matthew was firm about it and didn't dare to say anything else. "Alright. I'll take you to Kenneth's place right away."

Matthew prompted. "Hurry up."

A long time had passed, and Matthew still hadn't seen the formula. So, he started feeling more and more anxious.

Levi led the way as he opened the door and exited the room. Wyatt and Jerome stood outside the door. Upon seeing Levi, they quickly walked over.

"Are you all heading out, Mr. Lancaster?"

Levi waved his hand. "It's none of your business anymore. Just head on home."

Wyatt hummed in acknowledgment and backed away.

Jerome eagerly waited for Matthew to treat him. After hearing Levi's words, he felt reluctant to go. As he saw Matthew walking his way, he quickly approached Matthew.

"If 10 million dollars isn't enough, I can offer more, Mr. Grant. I'm begging you to take some time to help me out with my treatment."

Matthew sported a cold expression. Since Lance referred Jerome, he'd consider treating Jerome. If Jerome was willing to pay, he'd be crazy not to take it.

But at that moment, Matthew had a bad impression of Jerome, so he turned Jerome down. "I don't have the time."

Jerome was thrilled to find a way to solve his problem, but he was shocked by the rejection. He got worried and asked, "What about my condition, Mr. Grant?"

Matthew wasn't fond of Jerome in the slightest. He indifferently replied, "Isn't your prosthetic doing great? You can adjust its stiffness, and it moves just fine."

Jerome looked diffident. "I'm only human, and I can't take it. It feels like I'm being tortured. I'm begging you to save me."

Matthew remarked in a huff, "Stop messing around with women, and you'll have less trouble."

Jerome still tried to ask for help, but Matthew had already walked away with Levi and ignored him.

Wyatt heard the conversation between Jerome and Matthew, and it felt like a game of charades to him. When he saw Matthew and Levi had left, he tapped Jerome on the arm and asked with a grin, "What do you mean by adjusting stiffness and moving freely, Mr. Murray?"
