The Great Medical Saint novel Chapter 322

At a shallow section of the river, a man swam to the riverbank and slowly crawled out of the water. It was Anthony, who had jumped into the river to escape. His chest was hurting like crazy.

When Anthony looked down, he noticed his chest was all bruised up and his ribs were caved in. Clearly, they were broken. How was Matthew so strong? He hadn't lost a single fight since he started training.

He saw himself as the best among his peers and believed that the Hobbes family would only thrive under his leadership. Thus, he had been scheming about taking out Hayden and Eric.

He'd never thought that he'd end up losing to a chauffeur that day. Matthew had to be more than met the eye. There must've been something special about his origin.

Anthony sat there for a long time but couldn't come up with any answers. So, he started mulling over his own problem.

After thinking it through, Anthony suddenly regretted not taking out the people of Marvel Organization first. If he had done that, Wallace wouldn't know he was the culprit who killed Hayden.

Still, no matter how formidable Matthew was, he wasn't scared at all. Thinking about this, Anthony realized he had to check on the situation at Lambda Villa first.

A car was parked next to the curb. From inside the car, Anthony pointed his phone camera at Lambda Villa. Then, he started zooming in until he could see what was going on in the yard.

Seeing the dead bodies in the yard made him crack a smile. The members of Marvel Organization were all dead. Matthew must have killed all of them.

All Anthony had to do was make up an excuse, then he could head back and look for another opportunity to kill Eric. The Hobbes family would still be his.

This thought alone was enough to make Anthony forget about all his pain.

At the Hobbes residence, Wallace was sipping coffee from his cup. Meanwhile, Henry stood next to him and furrowed his brows. Wallace put down his cup and fixed his aging eyes on Henry.

"The Hobbes family belongs to the Hobbeses. When it comes to the family affairs, only they get to make the calls. No outsiders have any say in it. Do you understand?"
