The Great Medical Saint novel Chapter 357

"You?" Isaac's expression showed his surprise as he looked Matthew up and down.

Matthew's hairstyle was simple, not the work of a famous stylist. His short-sleeved black shirt had no design; it was just plain black.

It was obvious it wasn't a brand name, let alone custom-made. It was probably just a basic factory-produced shirt. The same went for his pants and shoes—they were just ordinary, nondescript items.

He appeared to be an ordinary person from an average background.

Isaac refused to believe that he was Rachel's fiancé. "Rachel, is he joking, or did you both plan this to mess with me? Judging by his outfit, he's just a driver at best. There's no way he's your fiancé!"

Rachel replied seriously, "He really is my fiancé, and it's been confirmed by both our families."

"Really?" Isaac frowned as his gaze shifted between Matthew and Rachel, as if trying to determine the truth of her words.

After a long while, he waved his hand dismissively. "I don't care what your relationship is. If he's not your fiancé, that's great. But if he is, then break it off!"

His tone was relaxed, as if the act of breaking up was as casual as shopping at a market.

Rachel's eyes widened in astonishment as she looked at Isaac. Never had she encountered someone so conceited who wanted to dictate someone else's marriage with just a sentence.

It was ridiculous and laughable.

"We will not break up!"

Isaac smiled and said, "You're a good woman. You don't have to worry about this. Let me talk to him."

He then turned to Matthew. "Punk, a stunning woman like Rachel deserves to marry someone rich, powerful, and influential. No matter what, she wouldn't marry a poor bum like you, so just give up. She's out of your league."
