The Great Medical Saint novel Chapter 349

Troy dared not stop him. He was scared out of his wits by Matthew's demeanor. After a moment's hesitation, he ran toward the elevator and pressed the button.

The elevator just so happened to be on the first floor. The doors opened, and he ran in at once, frantically pressing the buttons.

The doors slid slowly. However, just before they closed, they opened again.

Matthew walked into the elevator.

Troy was scared shitless when he saw who it was. He wanted to get off, but Matthew was blocking the way.

The door shut slowly, and the elevator began ascending. Stuck in the confined space, Troy panicked. He didn't know where to look.

Matthew looked at Troy coldly. "Spit it out!"

What?

Troy was stunned. "Spit what out?"

Matthew couldn't be bothered to play around with him. He kicked Troy in the stomach, making him fall to the floor.

Troy could feel his insides twist in pain. Sweat broke out all over his body, and he curled up in a corner, holding his stomach.

"I'm going to cause more damage if you don't speak up," Matthew said coldly.

Troy held up his arm quickly. "I'll talk. I'll tell you. You want to know who's behind all this trouble, don't you? It's our boss, Florian Ludson. He hates you.

"Three years ago, he wanted to get one of your female employees' number, but you meddled in it. That's why he wants his revenge on you."

Matthew vaguely remembered something like that happening. However, it had been such a long time ago. He was surprised that the other person still remembered that. "Keep talking."

Keep talking? Troy frowned. He looked bewildered.

He didn't know what else to say. He'd already ratted out the mastermind behind this mess. What else was there to say?
