Josephine’s emotions were spiraling. Tears were threatening to spill as she struggled even more intensely. “Let go! Let me go! Zayn, don’t make me hate you!” 

“Hate me? What have I done wrong to make you hate me? Never mind, we’ll talk about it when we get home.”

Zayn was taken aback, and his face darkened even further. “What do you think you’re doing? How dare a C–list actor like you interfere in my affairs? I can make you disappear from the industry if I want to.” 

Erhan stood there. His eyes were cold and distant, clearly not giving him the time of day.
