The Kiss that Sparked it All novel Chapter 864

"Balfour, Balfour..."

Patricia sank to the floor, her heart torn to pieces, tears falling like rain.

It was all over. Everything she'd worked so hard for all these years was destroyed by Ellinor today!

Even Balfour had turned against her. What could she possibly do now...

Seeing her once beloved daughter labeled as a menace and slapped hard across the face, Xenia was filled with heartache and worried about Patricia's situation!

She glared at the silent McNeil Howard, "McNeil, say something! Your son hit our daughter. As a father, shouldn't you have something to say?"

McNeil Howard sat there calmly, his slightly aged face still handsome, now with a touch of the wear and wisdom of the time.

"The daughter you raised, just like you, does whatever it takes to get what she wants! You reap what you sow. Everything that happened today is your own doing."

Xenia's face darkened with dissatisfaction, "McNeil! How could you talk about me and our daughter like that? All these years, haven't I been nothing but devoted to the Howard family? Why can't I earn even a word of praise from you?!"

McNeil Howard no longer wanted to talk. He lowered his gaze, lost in thought.

He recalled the girl called Ellinor, who reminded him of Marlinie when she was young. Was he being delusional?
