"Hey, Imogen? Is that you? Did you call me?" The man's voice laced with urgency. "I know you wouldn't call me out of the blue. Something's up, right? Just tell me, Imogen, anything you need, I'm here for ya!"

"Domingo..." Imogen's voice sent a jolt of excitement through the man on the other end.

"After all these years, I can't believe you're finally calling me. I don't need any other reason than you still remember my name. Whatever it is, I'm your guy."

Imogen clenched her jaw, her decision made in an instant. "Domingo, I need a favor. There's this woman I need you to handle for me."

"Say no more. I got connections all over the place. Taking care of some broad is a walk in the park."

"Her name's Regina. She's a reporter."

Domingo's brow furrowed in concern, "Regina? You don't mean that nosy broad who's been hounding my tail, do you?"

"What are you talking about?"

"Oh, it's some internal company mess that's old news. We sold some land that turned sour. There's this damn reporter who won't let it go, a real pain in the neck. Sounds like the same Regina you're talking about. If she's a thorn in both our sides, then she doesn't need to stick around!"

Before Domingo could finish, Imogen hung up, leaving him on the other end, with his lackeys staring in disbelief at their boss being cut off.
