Lea stepped out and gave out another order to the men in black standing by. "You guys make sure you teach this Arnold a lesson. One he'll remember for the rest of his life. The kind that'll give him nightmares!"
The leader in black nodded. "Miss, we understand!"
With that, they forcefully dragged Arnold out to settle matters outside the hospital grounds, so as not to soil the clean hospital floors.
Lea watched as her father's men took Arnold away, feeling satisfied. Her father's men never showed mercy.
Just as she was about to return to the ward, she noticed an odd gaze fixed on her.
After looking up, she found its source. It was a stunning woman in gold-rimmed glasses whom she thought she'd just seen in the corridor.
But why was this beautiful woman standing outside Ms. Marlinie's ward? She wasn’t moving, and her gaze was steadfastly fixed on her. It was cause for concern.
Frowning, Lea approached the woman. "Hey! Who are you? What are you doing? Why are you just staring at our ward?"
Ida squinted and looked down at her. "Nothing. Just passing by."
With that, she turned and left with measured steps, heading towards the elevator.
What an odd woman! Leaving without a word?
Lea wanted to follow, but her father's men, stationed at the door, wouldn't allow her to wander off and stopped her.
