After giving her instructions, she didn't receive the polite response she expected from the waiter. It was then that Sophia realized something was off. She looked up, and her eyes widened in surprise.

"Ellinor?! What are you doing here?"

Sophia's first reaction was surprise and disgust, followed by a hint of guilt in her eyes. She quickly glanced behind Ellinor, afraid that her husband and son might walk in.

The corner of Ellinor's lips curled up in a sarcastic smile. "Don't you think your actions are pretty low, Ms. Sophia?"

Sophia frowned at the comment. "What did I do? Ellinor, are you here to pick a fight because you're feeling bitter about being single?"

Ellinor stepped into her private room and gently closed the door.

"The Blue River Estates land. It's owned by your family, right?"

Sophia's eyes darkened at this question. "Why are you asking about this? What does it have to do with you?"

"It has everything to do with me because I was the one who just won that land in the auction for a hundred million!"

Sophia paused. "You? So, it was you! Can't afford the price, so you came to pick a fight with me? If you couldn't afford it, you shouldn't have bid against me. Now you want to back out after the gavel fell? That's illegal!"

Ellinor let out a cold laugh. "You're talking about what's illegal? You came here to inflate the price of your father's land in the auction. Do you think that's legal?"
