Scarlet remained wary of Maurice. Even though he appeared harmless, she still didn't trust him. "Can you give me my boss back?"

Instead of handing Felicia over, Maurice lifted her unconscious body into his arms and started walking down the mountain.

Scarlet gritted her teeth in frustration. But with her injuries, she could not take Felicia back by force. Scarlet swallowed her anger and had no choice but to follow him.
