Skylar asked, "Is this about Vivian?"
"No, it's not about Vivian. It's actually about Nadia's parents. They've come to the kindergarten and caused a scene, demanding to speak with you. We had no choice but to contact you," Melanie replied, sounding quite helpless.
No one had anticipated that after Carmen and Sigmund arrived, they would kneel before Elvira, pleading for help to meet with Vivian's parents.
In just a few days, the previously arrogant Carmen and Sigmund had changed completely, as if some great misfortune had befallen them. Sigmund hadn't shaved, and Carmen had no makeup on, looking worn out.
If it weren't for them bringing Nadia and introducing themselves, Melanie wouldn't have recognized them at all.
Upon hearing that the issue was related to Carmen and Sigmund, Skylar's worries were lifted. After all, she knew the teacher well. Since they had reached out to her, she decided to go there.
20 minutes later, Skylar arrived at the kindergarten.
There was no sign of Carmen and Sigmund outside, but Melanie was waiting at the entrance.
"Mrs. Martin, you're finally here. Carmen and Sigmund are in the principal's office. Mrs. Rehbein didn't want them causing any more disturbance outside, so they're talking inside," Melanie explained, hurrying to meet Skylar.
Skylar nodded. "Let's go meet with Mrs. Rehbein."
Melanie seemed apologetic, understanding that Skylar had been interrupted at work and that this situation should have been handled by the kindergarten.
However, they hadn't expected Carmen and Sigmund to act so outlandishly.
