“Smith” Amanda rugged at Victoria’s hand. She gazed up at her with bright eyes. “Can you be stricter with me! I want to master the basics as quickly as possible.”
“Alright,” Victoria agreed
With that promise, Amanda focused even mare intently on her lessons.
Victoria was a true expect in classical dance. At her peak, she had won several national awards, and even after getting married, she had never abandoned her passion.
As she guided Amanda through her training, two men watched the scene unfald on a monitor in the study–Marvin and a refined, scholarly–looking man beside him.
“Relax. I already spoke to Amanda beforehand. She won’t let anything stip,” Marvin reassured the other man. “Besides, she genuinely wants to learn classical dance right now.”
