Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1662

Director Dylan looked troubled, "Ms. Antonia, please be patient. You know how artists can be eccentric. Let me try to persuade Estelle again."

"Who does she think she is? A mere designer acting all high and mighty!" Antonia fumed, her brows furrowed in anger. "If she dares to refuse designing my dress, I'll make sure she can't survive in J City!"

Director Dylan hastily placated, "Ms. Antonia, Estelle is still young. Don't take it personal. How about this? I'll reach out to Mr. Tucker and try to get another designer from Snowy Studios. We'll ensure you're satisfied."

"Are you suggesting I bow down to her?" Antonia gritted her teeth, fuming, "I insist that she designs for me. I want to see just how stubborn she can be!"

Then Antonia huffed and stormed off.

Blythe watched as Director Dylan chased after her, constantly trying to smooth things over. She had a bad feeling that trouble was brewing!

Somehow, Antonia managed to pull some strings. By the afternoon, Mr. Tucker had specifically called Estelle over. He poured her a glass of water and gently asked, "Estelle, how's everything going at the studio?"

Estelle pressed her lips together, "Everything's fine."

"That's good. If there's anything you need, don't hesitate to tell me." Mr. Tucker said with a considerate smile, "Whatever it is, I'll make sure it gets taken care of."

Estelle replied, "There's nothing. Everyone's been very kind to me."

Mr. Tucker nodded, "I heard Ms. Antonia wants you to design a dress for her stage performance at the school reunion. Help her out. If you're not happy with the payment, I'll top it up. Also, I'll ask Director Dylan to assign an additional assistant to you. Just focus on Ms. Antonia's task, and we'll handle everything else here."

Estelle smiled slightly, "So that's why you called me, Mr. Tucker."

Mr. Tucker looked awkward, "I've had dealings with the Crawley family before and I owe them a favor. Estelle, consider this as helping me out. Just design the dress for her. You don't have to worry about anything else."
