By the time the convoy arrived at Shangri-La, Kathleen had already been waiting there for a long time.

Kathleen agreed without hesitation and asked, “What time would you like to go over, Mr. Wade? I’ll make the arrangements in advance. The freezing center is in the suburbs of New York. You can get there in half an hour if you go there by helicopter.”
