Theo was soaking in the unexpected ‘husband’ that slipped from Ellinor's lips, a glint of surprise and a faint smile dancing in his eyes.

Theo cringed a bit at Patricia's painful yelp. He patted Ellinor's head in an attempt to soothe her, "It's okay; she didn't touch me. Let her go, okay?"

Ellinor released Patricia as her eyes coldly flicked over Theo, "Theo, you better keep yourself in line! I won't put up with a cheater!"

Theo frowned, lightly flicking her forehead, "Ellinor, who are you calling a cheater?"

Ellinor rubbed her forehead, clearly miffed, "Hmph! Any man who doesn't reject other women is a cheater in my book! You didn't react when other women were making moves on you!"

Theo distanced himself from Patricia, sitting next to Ellinor and taking her hand, "I'll listen to you. From now on, I won't let anyone else touch me, okay?"
