The Kiss that Sparked it All novel Chapter 2911

Madeline couldn't stand her pitiful act, and what’s more, the fact that men fell for it every single time.

"Aren't you supposed to be this righteous journalist? If you pleasing men so much, I'll make sure you leave this world surrounded by them."

Thinking maliciously of Regina's downfall brought a genuine smile to Madeline's face.

"Just lay low for a while and don't contact me. When you're ready, just find any payphone and call me, got it?"

Madeline was about to leave when Domingo followed her, "Hey, Madeline, when can Dad see you again?"

She clicked her tongue in annoyance, "I told you, don't reach out unless I do first. You know I'm staying with the Tanners, right? If you don't want to cause trouble for me and Mom, just stay put here."

Domingo nodded quickly, "I get it. That man's still around, so your mom can't just come back to me. When the Tanner's eldest daughter gets into trouble and they're too busy to care, I'll bring you both back. Don't worry, I've wronged your mother before, but from now on, I won't. I promise to take good care of you both!"
