"It's all your fault. What nonsense were you spouting to Ellinor?"

Chase extended his arm lazily and pulled her closer to him. "What did I say that made you blush so much?"

Belinda rolled her eyes at him, feeling exasperated. "You purposely made those misleading comments. I'll be too embarrassed to face Ellinor at lunch!"

Chase chuckled. "We're husband and wife, so what's there to misunderstand? Besides, she’s not a stranger.”

Still pouting, Belinda struggled in his embrace and began trying to pull away. “So, you better not say anything out of place when we meet Ellinor at lunch, got it?”
