The Kiss that Sparked it All novel Chapter 1591

At that moment, Thaddeus noticed his youngest daughter was missing from his wife's side. His brow furrowed. "Where's Lea?"

Bertha snapped out of her daze, glanced behind her, and realized that her daughter was gone.

"What happened? Lea was right behind me just now."

Upon confirming Lea's absence, Thaddeus turned to his men, his face stern.

"What are you all standing around for? Go find my daughter!"

His men immediately replied in unison. "Yes, sir!"

Just as they were about to split up and search, a sweet girly voice rang out. "There’s no need to search. I'm right here."

The group turned towards the voice. There, chewing bubblegum and striding over in her sportswear, was the now much taller Lea.

Bertha quickly pulled her daughter to her side. "Lea, where did you run off to? This is a big airport; it's not familiar to you. You can't just run around."

Lea shrugged. "Mom, I just went to the restroom."

Thaddeus approached. "Even if you're going to the restroom, you should tell your mother and me. You can't just sneak off. You scared us to death. We thought we lost you."

He then turned to scold his men. "You bunch of imbeciles! You didn't even notice Lea sneaking off!"
