Chase arrived in no time. He was downstairs in less than two minutes after answering the call.
However, Chase's attitude made Byran uncomfortable. He looked at Byran with a mocking smile and said, "Mr. Howard, your youth is enviable. I can't remember the last time I was mistaken for a minor."
Byran huffed grumpily. "What's so great about being young? I wish I were thirty now! Where's Ida? Take me to her!"
Chase shrugged and nodded as he led him toward a private room.
"Mr. Howard, I warn you. Keep your temper in check when we go in. Don't fly off the handle."
Byran frowned in confusion, asking cautiously, "Why would I lose my temper? What's Ida doing in there?"
Chase gave a small smile. "You'll see when you get in. I'm just reminding you that a mature man doesn't lose his cool easily."
Byran waved his hand impatiently. "Alright, alright, I got it; just take me in. Which room is it?"
Chase pointed to a private room not far away. Without any hesitation, Byran walked towards it and pushed open the door.
It was a large VIP room filled with the sweet aroma of flowers.
Looking closer, the floor was covered with petals.
The room was decorated with heart-shaped balloons and flowers.
Byran's expression darkened, but the people in the room didn't notice him. They were all enjoying the party.
