The Kiss that Sparked it All novel Chapter 1121

Ellinor clenched her fist, whipping out her cell to dial up the man she'd decided to cut ties with.

The call connected almost instantly, but the man on the other end didn't utter a word.

A bit ticked off, Ellinor blurted, “Theo Blanchet, what the hell is this?”

His familiar deep voice finally echoed, “Ms. Mendoza, so you've decided to dump me, and you're already on a full-name basis?”

She didn't call him up to hear him talk smack!

“Mr. Blanchet, we're adults. Don't you think it's a bit childish to restrict my freedom just because you're pissed off?”

Theo snorted, “Oh, you noticed I was upset?”

Frowning and trying to keep her cool, Ellinor retorted, “Call off your dogs. I need to get out!”

“And where are you planning to go?”

“Where I go and what I do is my business, I don’t have to report to you, do I?”

There was no telling whether Theo was angry or not, “Once you marry into the Blanchet family, you need to play by our rules. We're a couple; it's only normal that we keep tabs on each other.”

Ellinor had had enough, “Theo, we're not even registered. What gives you the right to control my life?”

He simply replied, “Stay put. I'll come back when I have time.”

With that, he hung up.

Ellinor was so pissed off that she was ready to chuck her phone out the window. What the hell was that?
