Bella stood in the limelight. Though her figure was slender, at this moment, she appeared imposing.
Her powerful silhouette filled everyone’s vision, enveloping the entire banquet hall with her majestic presence.
From a distance, Justin gazed at her. His usually clear eyes gradually burned with intensity.
“Bella!” Asher and Ryan had not expected Bella to show up in person.
A flood of flashing cameras descended once more.
“It’s the heiress of the Thompson family!”
“We should call her President Thompson now. She’s currently in charge of the KS Group!”
“Wait... Bella is here to support Justin? Didn’t they break up?”
“You don’t get it. This is what love used to be!”
Grant’s eyes narrowed slightly, staring intently at Bella’s cold yet resolute face. His pale lips slowly formed an eerie, spine-chilling smile.
Bella looked at his smiling face, suppressing the disgust surging in her chest. She calmly scanned the crowd.
“Ladies and gentlemen, I stake the reputation of KS Group and my personal integrity as the CEO to vouch for Mr. Justin. He has never used drugs!”
“Hah! A guarantee? What use is your guarantee?” Clarice’s face twisted with sinister malice. “Everyone in Savrow knows that you used to be Justin’s old flame, Ms. Thompson.”
Clarice deliberately emphasized “old flame” to humiliate Bella.
Justin’s brow furrowed, and his sharp gaze bore into Clarice's pretentious face with a murderous look.
“This bitch is so annoying!” Ryan gritted his teeth in hatred, spitting his words with venom.
Bella’s brow arched slightly. Her expression remained composed, exuding grandeur and poise.
“You talk so much nonsense. Who are you fooling?” Clarice sneered and continued, “Even family members can’t testify for criminal suspects in court. You think your personal guarantee means anything with your relationship with Justin? Can you really vouch for him?”
