Leo: "Are my grandparents talking about me again?"
"Naomi said you're unreliable."
"Dad thinks your character is questionable."
Leo: "I knew it! Can you both vouch for Ms. Anya at home? She's got such a soft heart and gets swayed by what people say. I'm really worried she might cave in." Especially with my little brother already grabbing all her attention.
Being good friends, Mia and Molly headed out once more.
Later that evening, Chad came home to find out Anya was planning to move out. Knowing the elders might feel lonely, he said, "Molly and I will make sure to visit Dad more often."
Hansen, still upset, replied, "No! If you're coming back, come alone. Don't bring the whole clan."
Officer Chad glanced at his wife, "Did you upset Dad again?"
Molly chimed in, "Well, it's not my fault Dad's so easily ruffled."
Chad learned that the twins had spent the day at home working on their dissertations with Andre's help. He went to check on his wife. "Andre, are Molly's issues serious?"
"The big issues have been sorted. I've been helping them wrap everything up over the past few days."
Chad settled in front of Andre's desk, "I was hoping you'd lend a hand with this."
Both knew that Mia was prepping for exams, and Molly was expecting in April. Mia could manage, but Molly couldn’t handle the stress of endless revisions and meetings with her advisor.
So, Andre decided to stay close, making sure their drafts were finalized in one go to avoid any hassle.
Of course, he had his reasons. Once his sister finished her draft, Mia would be his only focus, and seeing his wife struggle alone with her assignments would break his heart.
The next day, the sisters returned to the conference room, while Anya took Henry out for some fresh air.
