"I got it, Marcus. I shouldn't be interfering in this matter, to begin with. Don't worry. I'll help you to take care of the two elderly people," Eevonne told Marcus not to worry over the phone.
After she hung up the call, she stood outside of the neighborhood of Mister and Missus Yate's house for a while as if she was afraid that the woman would return. Half an hour later, and after Eevonne saw that the woman did not return, only then did she truly leave.
When she returned to the house that she was staying at, the first thing she did was to arrange all the contents of the work for the next day. Especially the information she needed the next day to target Dash's company. She has to be fully prepared for it. Setting aside the other matters, in terms of her expertise, she certainly could not let the other party find any fault in herself. She arranged the documents for work until night, but Eevonne still found it a little hard to fall asleep. She then picked up a Spanish novel and started reading it softly.
That was a process for Eevonne to practice her Spanish pronunciation. Usually, as long as she has the time, she would go to the most bustling place in the city to be a free tour guide for others. The goal of that was to practice her pronunciation and listening skills. Recently, her Spanish was improving very quickly. On many occasions, she was able to engage in long conversations with others very easily.
Also, she was more and more in love with Spanish.
Eevonne gradually fell asleep in the process of reading the Spanish novel.
Perhaps it was because she had spoken to Sabrina and Sebastian, which gave her a huge confidence boost, or perhaps she was tired from arranging the documents after she came home. Eevonne slept very soundly that night.
When she woke up, it was already half past six in the morning. Eevonne immediately got out of bed and went to brush her teeth and wash her face in a hurry. After that, she rode her bicycle to Mister and Missus Yates' house. She had just made a promise to Marcus last night, so she has to go over at that moment to have a look, right? Even though she was running a little late.
