Aino smiled. "I don't want to mourn with my father here because I don't really like my great-grandpa. I don't like everyone in the Ford Residence."
What Aino said was the truth. She indeed did not like the Ford Residence and she also did not like her greatgrandfather. She had a little bit of affection for her grandfather, but ever since her grandpa had tricked her, she hated him greatly. Therefore, she was even more reluctant to stay at the Ford Residence any further.
"Miss Maysun, are you willing to bring me along and sneak out to play? My dad can’t leave this place, so he definitely wanted someone to watch over me," said Aino with her head tilted.
"Aino, you're a very clever child and you are very defensive. You clearly could not stand the sight of me half an hour ago. How could you suddenly have a change of attitude and even want me to take you out t o play? Who are you trying to fool?" Although Maysun did not have as many sinister thoughts as Lily, she also could figure out that this did not make sense.
"Just now? You mean in front of my grandparents?" Aino asked.
"That's right!" said Maysun.
Aino pouted. "I hate everyone who is around my
grandparents! I hate my grandparents! If you were to g o near them again, I would still hate you! I absolutely would not let you approach my dad! Hmph!"
Maysun was speechless. She understood it! It turned out that the little girl was not targeting her when they were in front of her grandparents earlier on. She was just using her as an excuse to hold forth, and she was just trying to assert her dominance over her grandparents. Ha! As expected of a child. Maysun could easily make her divulge everything on her mind with just a few simple words.
