By nine o'clock, seats in the lecture room of No.1 Executive Building were already fully occupied. When Pearl and Alex reached the building, a group of young students was standing at the entrance to keep order. Judging from their body sizes and heights, they must be the sports students.

As soon as Alex arrived at the gate, he was called by a student there, "Mr. Lee, the head of our department is looking for you now."

"Now?" asked Alex with Bonny still in his arms.

Pearl immediately got Bonny out of Alex's arms. "Alex, go to settle your matters first. It's going to be a busy day today."

"Okay." Alex checked his watch and said, "I'll be back soon."

"Okay." Pearl nodded her head.

Pearl and Alex's lecture was arranged at 9:30. She could afford the 30-minute wait.

Before going to see the head of the department, Alex asked a junior to lead Pearl to have a rest at the back stage.

With one child in each of her hands,Pearl attracted a lot of eyes all the way.

"My, my! Are they your children? Pearl. They're so adorable!"

Before Pearl could make a reply, Bonny tilted her head beside her to ask the boy, "Adorable? Who? Me or my brother?"

The junior looked young and might be just a freshman. He was taken aback when he was shot by Bonny's questions. He did not want to offend either child, so he gave an ambiguous answer to her, "Both of you, of course, I mean you are both adorable."

"But boys don't like to be called adorable."

"Ah?" The junior was stunned at once. He then looked awkwardly at Brandon.

"Don't mind her." Pearl tried to smooth things over. She rolled eyes at her daughter and explained, "She's just talking nonsense. One more thing, this is my junior. Bonny, you have to address him properly."

Bonny did not take Pearl's words seriously. She said confidently to the boy, "What a handsome uncle!"

After that, Bonny even winked at the boy.

Glancing at the boy, Pearl noticed that his face turned red. He was evdiently taken aback yet again.

Pearl immediately just wanted to dig a hole to hide from the ugly reality. What had she given birth to? How could she be so good at flirting with boys at such a young age?

As soon as they arrived at the back stage, Pearl saw a familiar figure from a long distance. When she finally realized who it was, she could not pretend to have not noticed him and walk away anymore. 

"Pearl?" With a thesis in her hand, a lady was about to go onstage. But her eyes lit up as she saw Pearl. She hastened her steps towards Pearl. The man behind her was stunned for a moment first, but he then followed her to Pearl too.

The figures coming to her, Pearl forcibly pulled up the corners of her lips and muttered to greet them, "Hello. Jeanette. Alexander."

Jeanette was Pearl's senior by one year. But she was from a different department, the foreign language department. She was majoring in Portuguese.

During Pearl's first year here, she was dragged by a roommate to join the Public Relations Club (PR Club). At the time, Jeanette's the vice president of the club.

Why did Pearl's roommate insist on joining the club? The reason was quite simple that Alexander Miller, the hottest boy at the school, was the president of the club at the time. During the start-of-term ceremony, his outstanding performance of singing the university anthem made many juniors fall for him. So on the orientation day, the PR Club was so overwhelmed with new members that the small table almost fell apart.

Pearl and her roommate failed to get even a single application form at that time. So they originally thought to give up. But lucky to them, they happened to run into Alexander at the booth, who gave her two forms directly. At that night, they received his text messages, informing them that they had been enrolled into the club.
