Taylor felt smug as Luke occupied the stage for another few more minutes, repeating his determination for the land, and then took a defiant look at Sean before he finally got off the stage.

Sean was not bothered by Luke. He picked up his presentation document and gave Sebastian and everyone else a copy. Then he and Steve stood in the center of the stage with confidence.

He looked not too happy. "How can you still have the nerve to say this? What the hell have you presented? You've only spent a few seconds on the tender yet complain that I haven't helped you. This is ridiculous! I have been warned by Mervin for helping you. I'm not going to help you again, and we shall have nothing to do with each other from now on," he said indignantly. With that, he left at once, not sparing a look at Luke again.
