However, to our surprise, Andrea was hot on our heels. When Yana turned around and saw her following us, she sneered. "She's unbelievable..."
I was stopped by her remarks, but before I could react, I noticed Andrea freeze in place, staring blankly at me and Yana.
I was puzzled at first, then I noticed the car by the alley entrance, and I finally realized what had happened. It was no wonder that Yana wasn't anxious earlier, as she had already prepared in advance for this.
Andrea was about to run away from the scene, but she wasn't fast enough. The police officers had already caught up to her.
"What are you doing? What are you arresting me for?" Andrea shouted. But the police officers ignored her and directly took her to the police car.
Yana pointed at the alley ahead and said, "Officer, there are still more of them inside. A lot of them. You should go in quickly!"
Knowing that cursing at the officers wouldn't help her situation, Andrea immediately fixed her gaze on me and yelled, "Arianna, I will never let you get away with this, you will rot in hell!"
Yana tugged at my hand and headed in another direction. Andrea's cursing voice faded away behind us. I couldn't help but glance at Yana as I asked, "You called the cops before we went in, didn't you?"
