Eunice held Aaron's arm with a pitiful look and said with red eyes, "No, no, it's not what they said. I didn't do anything!"
Looking at Eunice struggling and Aaron's desperate look at seeing Yana leaving, I suddenly realized that maybe Aaron did not care about what Yana did, but cared more about her attitude towards all this. He didn't care whether Eunice was lying or not, and did not even care how she fell into the swimming pool. Everything he had done was merely an act. He was provoking Yana, and he wanted to see that Yana cared about him a little, but he seemed to be disappointed.
Yana did not seem to care about it at all.
Looking at Eunice's pitiful appearance, I felt sick. I handed the recording to her and said, "Forget it. Don't be a clown. I have recorded everything you've done. I just sent it to Aaron and the others in the Reid Family. You can't survive in Reid Family anymore. Take care of yourself!"
Eunice looked at the video, and her face changed. All her expressions disappeared. She didn't cry anymore. She just watched the video with complicated emotions.
She must've be thinking about how to carry on her little act. I couldn't imagine what else she could come up with.
However, when people were shameless, they had no bottom line.
After she watched the video, she looked at me with an innocent and painful face. "Arianna, why do you force me into a corner like this? What did I do wrong? I just fell in love with Aaron. I did everything unscrupulously just to get Aaron's love. All of you insist you want the best for him, but everyone left him when he needs help. None of you will support him, but drove away the person that could've. Don't you feel shameful?"
