“Bro, do you know me?” Harold said lazily. His almond eyes were threatening.
Brooklyn stood up straight. He looked refined and gentle as he nodded. “Hi, Harold.”
“Since you recognize me, let’s go there and communicate in a friendly way, shall we?”
Harold asked him but proceeded to unreasonably drag him toward the private resting lounge next door.
“Brooklyn!” Melody spoke worriedly.
Brooklyn stopped walking. After he turned back and smiled to comfort her, he continued to leave with Harold.
“There’s going to be a big show!” Lana looked very nosy, and her eyes lit up. “Who do you think will come out standing, and who will come out lying down later?”
[I guess Hal will win. After all, Hal used to practice martial arts in the past.] Ninian excitedly typed on her phone. [Brooklyn looks so skinny, and he’s a musician. I’m afraid he’ll be terribly beaten up.]
“Let’s make a bet, shall we?” Lana asked excitedly. “Let’s bet how long Brooklyn can bear the beating.”
“There’s no need to bet,” Melody said. “Brooklyn will win.”
“Huh?” Ninian and Lana looked at her at the same time. Lana asked, “Why do you say so?”
“You might not know this, but Brooklyn is the youngest expert with a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo. So, Hal might cry.”
“Wha… What?”
Both Ninian and Lana were shocked.
Brooklyn looked like a noble pianist but a weak man. How could he be so capable?
No wonder Harold had not idea. They could not imagine it either.
[I sympathize with Hal.]
Ninian typed on the screen, and they had a moment of silence.
“Let’s go back first. Brooklyn will ask someone to carry Harold back later,” Melody said seriously. “Brooklyn is very responsible. He won’t abandon Harold.”
