Steven couldn’t suppress a joyful smile as he said, “You’re right.” 

That day, he truly lost control. It seemed that Mona herself hadn’t realized just how attractive 

she was. 

He hadn’t drunk much that day, just enough to stay rational. However, under her starry, doe- like eyes, he completely lost control. 

Mona immediately smiled and said, “Actually, I was also tempted by your appearance.”

In truth, Steven’s cooking was also excellent. Now, she remembered one of Steven’s strengths. He was a great cook. 

At first, she had actively pursued Steven, thinking she could win his heart through her culinary skills. Unfortunately, her cooking was only mediocre. She could only cook carbonara spaghetti well enough to make it somewhat appetizing.

Steven looked slightly worried as he asked, “What about Mr. Ziegler’s flight tomorrow?” 

“He should arrive tomorrow morning. He’s not doing well now. Jeremy said a psychologist would be accompanying him back, and he might need to see a therapist when he returns,” Skylar said, feeling a knot in her stomach.
