Chapter 32 

Darren was a little surprised and then immediately turned angry. He subconsciously wanted to fight back, but strangely, his lost all his strength. 

When his fist landed on Lauren’s shoulder, Lauren didn’t move at all while he himself took a few steps back. “What is going on?” Darren thought. He looked down at his fist and didn’t understand why he suddenly lost his strength. In order to figure it out, he 

punched the wall but screamed in pain. 

“What did you do to me?” Darren raised his head in shock and looked at Lauren in disbelief. 

Lauren suddenly raised her hand and then pulled out a silver needle shining with cold light from his neck, saying, “I rarely did 

this to other people.” 

This tone made Darren feel that he should feel honored. 

After speaking. Lauren applied something on her arms, cheeks, neck, and so on. Immediately, bruises appeared on those places, as if she had been beaten hard. After doing all this, she pushed down the chairs and tables, making a mess in the room. 

Then Lauren walked to the door, put her hand on the doorknob, and glanced back at Darren. 

Her look made Darren feel that he was firmly nailed in place. 

“Do you know the feelings of being weak and helpless?” She asked Darren. 

Darren trembled, looking at Lauren who was like a devil, and thought, “What did she do? Why did my strength disappear? Why 

is this?” 

“Why didn’t you answer my question?” Lauren said in a low but pleasant voice. But it made Darren tremble more violently. He shook his head in a panic and said, “I don’t know…” 

“It’s okay,” Lauren smiled, “You will know soon.” Then Lauren opened the door. 

Outside of the door, stood a lot of people, inchiding Mr. Bennett senior, Mr. Bennett junior, Mrs, Bennett, Jeffery, and some 

servants. 

Because of the big noise, Sally hurried to call everyone come, and some of them were even about to kick the door before Lauren 

opened it. 

At this moment, everyone found the bruises on Lauren at the door and Darren, who was full of anger. After seeing this, everyone almost froze. Though Mr. Bennett senior didn’t like Lauren, he turned extremely angry, roaring and rushing up to beat Darren. “What are you doing??? It is violence!” 

In the past, if Darren beat someone, the Bennett family could use money to deal with the matter. 

But now, Darren was beating his own sister. How could he do this? Mr. Bennett couldn’t believe this and Mr. Bennett senior’s hand supporting the crutch even trembled lightly because of anger. If Jeffery hadn’t supported him, Mr. Bennett senior would fall to the ground.Mrs. Bennett and Sally both gasped in surprise. It was so terrible! They knew that Darren had a bad temper, but they never thought that he would be so fractious. If they hadn’t come in time, Mrs. Bennett thought Lauren might even die. 

There was fear in Sally’s eyes when she looked at Darren. 

In the past, Darren had always been unafraid of nothing, no matter how big trouble he caused. He didn’t care what his parents would punish him. But at this moment, he was really afraid. 

He dared to admit what he had done, but no one could blame him for something that he didn’t do.
