Hey, My Twins Babies novel Chapter 180

The next day Winnie paid the deposit and went to work. The formalities would be dealt with when she had time. Nevertheless, after paying the deposit, she felt more at ease and had a faint feeling of a home.

Her home had broken up since her parents died. Although she had lived with aunt and sister for so many years, but always felt that she was homeless.

Now she wanted to settle down. She wanted a city that could accept her, a home that would accept her and a simple life with her family and children.

Brian's office.

Albert knocked at the door and came in.

"Mr. Bennet, Winnie bought a house in our construction company, and the deposit had been paid."

"Full payment or a loan?"

Brian asked in a cold voice.

"It's a loan. That house is a decorated duplex with high material. The sell price is 20 million. Winnie does not have the money to pay the full amount now."

Albert was serious.

He knew all about Winnie, because Brian had sent him to investigate her secretly.

He knew she got a new job and a new house.

Because he was very clear, he was worried Winnie got too much pressure and she could not bear it.

"Silly woman, since she has no money, why gave me back the money?"

Brian said angrily, but he was annoyed because he was worried about Winnie.

"Lower the price of the house, pay the difference with my personal account. Don't let her know."

"And help her with work."

Brian commanded.

Winnie would not accept the one hundred million Brian gave to her. The only way to help Winnie now was to find an excuse to lower the price of her house.

"I'll do it."

Albert received the order and left.

Brian had no intention to work. He got up and came to the landing window.

He looked anxiously into the distance. He could not see the clear sky outside, nor could he see the tall buildings. All he could see was Winnie's strong and optimistic smiling face with dimples, and the scene of her crying from time to time.

In short, his head was full of Winnie.

What was he going to do with this stupid woman? He wanted to forget her, but he found it painful, but if he did not forget her, their relationship had come to an end. He had never experienced this kind of torture, so it was a hard time for him.

Brian was in pain. Wendy called.

Brian frowned and showed impatience, but finally he answered the phone.

"Wendy."

His voice was low without any passion.

"What's wrong with you? Are you unhappy or tired?"

Wendy showed her concern to Brian. She could heard that his voice was different.

"I am tired."

Brian raised his voice and it sounded better.

But every time Wendy called, he thought of Winnie and always compared the two women.

Although there was no need to compare, he always wanted to find the disadvantage of Winnie, so that he could forget her. However, he did not find anything wrong.

"Rest if you're tired. Brian, have a holiday and come to see me, and then we can go back together.”

Wendy proposed Brian to pick her up, but Brian froze.

There was a month to go, so there was only one month for him and Winnie. If he went abroad, their meeting at the office would have been the last.

"I can't take a holiday now because I'm busy. If you feel lonely to come back alone, I will ask Albert to pick you up."

Brian rejected Wendy on the grounds of work. He did not want to go abroad. During this time, he even pushed off the business of going abroad, just for the chance encounter with Winnie.

"Oh, all right then."

Wendy was disappointed. Although she did not see Brian, from his tone, Wendy could hear that he had changed. He became indifferent to her.

In the past, if she asked Brian to pick her up, Brian would drop everything to pick her up, but now he did not have that passion.

“Will there be objection to our being together, Brian?”

Wendy was not worried, but tried to confirm.

"No. Grandfather has accepted you, and no one will object."

Now no one objected, but Brian's heart was drifting.

Was it right that he asked Wendy to come back? Was Wendy his favorite woman?

"Well, then, we'll have wedding when I go back."

Wendy was anxious now. She was worried that Brian had another woman.

"......"

Brian was silent with a cold frown.

Although he had proposed marriage first, he had been evading the issue since he knew he loved Winnie.

But now Wendy put it forward, how could he avoid it or refuse it? Wasn’t what he has been waiting for for so many years this?
