She leaned on the railing, looking at the night view outside, and slowly ate cake.

Carson came over and said with a smile, "I called Emily, and she said she has work tonight and can't come. What's she busy with? Working so hard late at night."

"Emily just started working; she's very serious and diligent," Estelle smiled.

"Well, she should still take care of her health."

Estelle nodded, "Yeah. When I see Emily, I'll pass your message."

Carson chatted with her for a while. Seeing that those women were all surrounding Yvonne, he knew these people were deliberately neglecting Estelle. "I'll have Cicely come and talk to you."

Cicely was Carson's new girlfriend.

"No need." Estelle shook her head and refused.

She held up the cake and offered it to Jonathan, "Try it, you'll like it too!"
