Hattie was startled, tears still welling in her eyes.
Jonathan sneered, "Did you think that by blocking him, I wouldn't be able to see your chat history?"
Tears fell from Hattie's eyes as she shook her head in grievance, "Malloy was always joking around with me. He said he'd treat me to a show, but I never thought it had anything to do with Estelle. I really didn't!"
"Why did you block him?" Jonathan asked.
"I didn't want to have anything to do with him. He kept bothering me!" Hattie said tearfully. "He kept asking me to come to his place, and I knew what he wanted to do with me. I got angry and blocked him."
Hattie's face was full of innocence, "Mr. Lamont, I'm really being wronged in this matter! Please have mercy on me since I gave you my first time. Don't terminate my contract. From now on, I'll do whatever you say and listen to you!"
"Mr. Lamont, it really was my first time."
Jonathan felt extremely annoyed. He took out a cigarette, lit it, and the smoke blurred the disgust and indifference in his eyes. He said softly, "This is the last time!"
Hattie immediately looked up, "Thank you, Mr. Lamont! Thank you so much!"
"Get out!" The man impatiently said.
"Yes!" Hattie immediately got up, gave Jonathan a reluctant and fearful glance, then turned and left.
Upon leaving the Lamont Group, she wiped the tears off of her face and touched up her makeup. A smug expression appeared on her face. She could tell that that night meant a lot to Jonathan.
As long as she held this trump card, no matter what mistakes she made, Jonathan wouldn’t do anything to her!
What about Yvonne or Estelle?
