Jonathan's eyes held depth as he smirked, "Impatient, are we? Being in a rush won't help. I have a meeting at the office that I need to attend."

"Who said I'm in a rush?" Estelle bit her lip and glared at him, then suddenly realized, "You're going to the office?"

"Yes, I have to finalize an acquisition proposal this afternoon." Jonathan started the car, motioning for her to come along. "Come with me."

Estelle's eyes flickered with curiosity, "Me too? What's my purpose in going there?"

"For no particular reason, just to keep me company!" Jonathan glanced back at her, his impeccable side profile illuminated by the sunlight, making him incredibly handsome.

Estelle pursed her lips and looked out the window, "Alright then, I don't have any plans for this afternoon anyway."

Once they got to the city, Jonathan took Estelle out for lunch first, and then they headed to the Lamont Group.

When they walked in, the receptionists were shocked to see a girl by Jonathan's side.
