Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 2415

Diana was about to say something more when Robin suddenly spoke up, “Alright, let's head upstairs.” Without another word, he took the lead.

After they left, Sophia's face still bore a ghostly pallor. It was baffling to her how they could act as if nothing happened after what they did, and still greet her as they passed by. The audacity!

Across from her, Mr. Waldo chuckled, “Friends of yours?”

“Not at all!” Sophia shook her head, trying to regain her composure before getting back on topic. “As we were discussing the earrings, considering your wife's facial structure, I opted for a teardrop design. Here, take a look.”

After their meal, with most of the design details nailed down except for a few adjustments inspired by Mr. Waldo's anecdotes, Sophia parted ways with him at the restaurant's entrance. Just as she was about to retrieve her car, a raspy male voice called from behind, “Sophia!”

She paused momentarily but didn’t turn back, continuing to walk away.

Robin caught up with her, reaching out to grab her wrist, “Sophia!”

With a forceful shake, Sophia freed her wrist and turned around, her face stern, “Robin, you're with Diana now. How could you possibly have the face to seek me out?”

Robin looked at her, pain etched on his face, “I’m not with Diana. It was just a late work dinner tonight, nothing more.”

“The nature of your relationship with her is none of my business. You don’t have to explain anything to me!” Sophia said, turning away to leave.

“Sophia!” Robin caught up again, blocking her path, “That night, I was drunk. Please, give me another chance. I’ve thought it through these past few days. It’s you I love; I can’t live without you!”

Sophia couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity, “Robin, after what you’ve done, you dare say you love me?”

“I know I was wrong, truly wrong!” Robin’s brows were knit together in regret, “If you forgive me, I can fire Diana right away, have her leave J City. I promise, for the rest of my life, I’ll only love you.”

Diana, having come out of the restaurant, overheard Robin’s promises, her expression turning icy.
