Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1724

Morrison narrowed his eyes slightly and asked, "Is this a provocation?"

"No!" Kevin responded sternly, "Magdalen has already broken up with you. I have the right to pursue her, and besides, I will love her more than you do!"

"More than I do?" Morrison smirked coldly, "Do you know exactly how much I love her?"

Kevin replied, "I don't know, but I won't flirt with other women, making her always on guard; I won't make her angry. Even if she is, I will comfort her, make amends with her, not letting her be in constant worry. I will look forward to marrying her every day, loving her, spoiling her, and treating her well for a lifetime!"

Magdalen looked at Kevin in shock.

Morrison's eyes were gloomy. "There are many who want to be good to her, but she will only belong to me!"

"You're right!" Magdalen suddenly spoke, yet she was addressing Kevin.

Morrison frowned as he turned to look at Magdalen.

But Magdalen didn't even bother to glance at her. She only told Kevin, "You're right, my life could be much better. Why should I be constantly worried about a man? Why should I pin my hopes for happiness on a man?"

"Magdalen." Kevin looked at her in surprise.

Magdalen gave a flamboyant smile. "Thank you! Thanks for your words and the meal you cooked me!"

She stood up and headed towards the master bedroom. "I need to catch up on sleep now. Could you two please leave and close the door on your way out?"

Kevin stared at her back, feeling a bit delighted. Did Magdalen mean that he could compete fairly with Morrison?
