"Why don't you sit in on my meeting? Watching me might spark some creative ideas for your design."

Estelle widened her eyes slightly, "Sit in on your meeting?"

"Yes, the meeting is quite long, and I don't want you to be here alone waiting," Jonathan coaxed, "come with me. If you get tired, you can always come back here to rest."

Estelle rolled her eyes, "And how will you introduce me?"

"No need. The only important person sitting beside me in a meeting could only be my wife," Jonathan joked, "My team is smart enough to figure that out."

Estelle was quite curious about how Jonathan conducted meetings. After a moment's thought, she agreed, "When does the meeting start?"

Jonathan glanced at the time, "Right now!"

Just as his voice fell, there was a knock on the door.

Estelle gracefully hopped off Jonathan's lap and looked towards the entrance.

Kally walked in, shooting Estelle a sly smile before respectfully saying, "Mr. Lamont, the afternoon executive meeting is about to begin. President Raye and others are already in the conference room."

"I'll be right there," Jonathan replied calmly, "Kally, you don't need to attend this meeting for note-taking, Estelle will be with me."

Kally looked surprised, as if Estelle was joining the Lamont Group.

Without explaining, Jonathan stood up and asked Estelle, "Where's the candy you brought?"

Estelle took out a lollipop from her bag. Jonathan grabbed it, tore open the transparent wrapper, popped it into his mouth, and held Estelle's hand as they left.

Kally's eyes widened at the sight of their entwined hands!

Estelle pretended to be calm, subtly slipping her hand out of Jonathan's and stepping a bit away from him. When he looked at her, she slightly frowned, indicating him to behave.

Jonathan chuckled, "Why should I hide the fact that I'm married?"
