Gavin made a call to bring Tracy to the conference room.

Tracy was aware of today's meeting with the bidding companies but didn’t understand why she was called in.

With a sense of unease, she entered the room. Before she could utter a word, she noticed the photo projected on the screen, and her face turned pale instantly.

Waters had assured her everything would be fine.

How could there be a photo of their private transaction?

She feared that the company would check her accounts, and she had not even transferred the money into her own account. How did this happen?

Her heart pounded in her chest, and she broke out into a cold sweat!

"Tracy, tell us the truth!" Gavin's voice was icy. "If you refuse, we’ll call the police right now. Corporate espionage for personal gain, that could land you in jail for some years!"

"Please don't call the police!" Tracy pleaded, her mind a whirlwind of panic. She glanced at Waters instinctively.

Waters, however, ignored her gaze, lost in her own thoughts.

"Tell us what happened." Gavin demanded.

Tracy hesitated, her heart pounding in fear. She wasn’t sure what evidence Gavin had. If she confessed now, her career would be over.

"You don’t want to tell us?" Gavin sneered, reaching for his phone to call the police.

"I'll tell you!" Tracy's voice trembled. "It was me. I snooped at Emily's documents and leaked it to Ms. Waters."

Murmurs filled the room.
