Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1473

Zachary's eyes welled up with tears. They were ready to spill over at any second.

Xavier said calmly, “Pour me a glass of water.”

Immediately, Zachary squatted down, filled a glass with water, and handed it to Xavier.

Xavier glanced at the stone bench next to him, "Sit down!"

Zachary obediently sat down but remained silent.

Xavier said, "You can't take all the blame for this. It was right of you to stand up for your girlfriend. None of us expected Luisa to turn out like this."

Zachary blurted out, "I was still wrong! I left you for a woman; I left my brothers. I deserve this payback!"

Xavier looked up at him, "Between your girlfriend and us, who's more important?"

Without hesitation, Zachary answered, "you!"

"No!" Xavier shook his head, "A woman who truly loves you will be the one to stick with you for life. A good woman is worth betraying us for, but Luisa's an exception!"

This made Zachary even more upset.

"Who hasn't had their fair share of trouble in life? What matters is how you deal with it." Xavier chuckled appreciatively, "You dealt with this better than last time."

Zachary said, "That's because I had help."

Xavier laughed, "Oh well, I didn't say anything."

Zachary looked up, his eyes red, "Even if Luisa were standing in front of me now, I wouldn't lose my cool. She's not worth the risk; she wasn’t worth turning my back on my brothers."

Xavier nodded as his face broke into a smile, "Good, you've finally grown up!"

Damian and the others were standing at the door, grinning, "Can we get back to work now?"
