Hamish wasn’t a very generous person, but he wasn’t a stingy person either.
They were together for 3 years and he gave her many expensive gifts. Now that their relationship ended, Isobel didn’t know what to do with the gifts.
She then met Yasmin Williams when she was fretting over the issue. She was the girlfriend of Freddie Kennedy, Hamish’s best friend.

Isobel smiled, “Indeed we are friends, but I can’t just make you help me without giving you anything in return. I’ll be bothering you with this for a while. I’ll pack the stuff and bring them to you in two days.”
