Mr. Williams Wants His Ex-Wife Back novel Chapter 137

"Sorry, Adam. I have an appointment at noon. I'll take a taxi back after lunch." For the first time, Rebecca refused Adam and didn't do what he said.

Adam kept silent. When Rebecca thought he was going to flare up, he asked evenly, "Where is the restaurant? I'll go with you."

"No. They're all my classmates." Without thinking, Rebecca turned him down flat.

"Fine. Then we'll go back together," Adam said firmly, his voice brooking no arguments.

Rebecca clutched her phone and felt helpless.

Adam was always so bossy. He didn't care what she thought at all.

She didn't understand why he insisted on going back together with her.

"Okay. It's the French restaurant on the left side of the road outside my school. Wait for me a little while if you get there before I do," Rebecca said resignedly.

"Come out. I'm already outside your school."

Rebecca was speechless.

When Rebecca, Caroline, and five other students walked out of the school, they saw a man standing in front of a black Bentley in a shirt and a khaki trench coat with sunglasses.

He was Adam.

He was a veritable eye-catching lady killer.

"Wow, look at that hottie." Caroline didn't recognize Adam at the first glance because of the sunglasses. She elbowed Rebecca and pointed at Adam, shouting in a hushed voice.
