Mr. Williams Wants His Ex-Wife Back novel Chapter 127

The next day, the interview with Rebecca by professor Louis, the graduate supervisor of HEC Paris, went very smoothly and successfully. Professor Louis exempted Rebecca from all the exams and helped her deal with various matters related to exchange studies immediately.

Rebecca came out of the multimedia conference room after the interview and went to the consulate immediately, where she submitted the application for an exchange student visa and dealt with other matters related to the exchange of study abroad, trying to get everything done as soon as possible and go abroad soon.

She had been busy for almost a whole day with all the matters concerning the exchange study. By almost six in the afternoon when she was finally could relax, her phone started to buzz in her pocket.

She took it out. It was Adam.

"Hello."

"Dad wants us both to go back tonight," Adam said drirectly without a hello, "When are you free? I'll pick you up."

"You don't have to do that. I'll just take a taxi home myself." Rebecca refused coldly.

After a moment of silence, Adam agreed, "Okay, then take a taxi home by yourself. We will have dinner together."

"Okay." Rebecca agreed obediently without any emotion and hung up the phone.

On the other end of the phone, Adam was standing in front of the french window of the vice president's office on the top of the building of Matthey Group, looking down at the traffic on the road below. He listened to the "Beep" coming from the phone, feeling a little distracted. He didn't know how much time had passed before the phone started to buzz again, making him coming back to his senses.

It was Linda.

Coincidentally, he was about to call her too, so he answered the phone quickly.

"Adam, have you finished your work? I'm waiting downstairs at the Matthey." Linda's soft voice came as soon as the call was connected.

Adam frowned and sighed a little. "Linda, it's dangerous for you to always wait for me downstairs at the Matthey. If my dad finds out, I don't know what will happen."

"Adam,..." Linda sounded like she was about to cry. She asked, "I already have your child. Do the child and I have to hide like this all the time and never tell anyone about our relationship for the rest of our lives? Or do we have to be despised by everyone? I don't care if someone dispises me, but what about our child? Have you ever thought about it for our child?"

Listening to Linda's angry questions on the phone, Adam only frowned slightly. He didn't feel angry at all. When she finally stopped talking, Adam said calmly, "Linda, I will give you and the child the things you deserve, but not now."

"Not now, then when?" Linda burst into tears on the other end of the phone. "Adam Williams, have you ever thought about it for me or the baby I'm carrying? I'm the one who carry your baby while Rebecca Smith is regarded as your wife by the whole world. There are photos of you showing off your love to her everywhere. Do you know how I feel when reading those reports?"

Listening to her roar over the phone, Adam closed his eyes and said calmly, "When the baby is born, I'll take you back to the Williams family."
