Mr. Williams Wants His Ex-Wife Back novel Chapter 120

"It's okay." Rebecca carried her backpack and patted Caroline on the shoulder. "This is the New York University. No one will mess around."

Caroline looked at her silently.

Caroline was right. When they left the library, some students recognized Rebecca. The students surrounded Rebecca, asking for her autograph or taking photos with her.

Rebecca was calm or even indifferent to most people and things.

She rejected all the students who asked for her autograph or photograph. Rebecca headed to the canteen, and Caroline, who followed her, admired her calmness.

Caroline lived with Rebecca for a year and realized that she didn't understand Rebecca. Rebecca was wiser, calmer, and better at dealing with things than Caroline could imagine.

They arrived at the canteen. Under the bright lights, there were more students around Rebecca, but Rebecca said coolly, "I'm sorry, I'm a student like you. I'm not a celebrity. I don't know how to sign, and I don't like taking photos. Please forgive me!" Then, she took the tray and waited in line. She just ignored the curious eyes of the others.

The students in the New York University were sensible. Rebecca said that she didn't want them to disturb her, so they left. Rebecca had a quiet meal, but Caroline had been watching for Rebecca the eyes that others cast at them. She kept talking to Rebecca.

After the meal, Rebecca went to the library again.

Now, it seemed that the library and the New York University were her home, and Skyline No.1 was just a place for her to sleep at night.

Caroline had something to do, so she didn't go back to the library with Rebecca. Just as Rebecca found the quietest corner of the library and sat down, someone handed a note to her, on which was the word "Congratulations!"

Judging from the handwriting, Rebecca knew who was standing next to her.

She looked up and saw Justin's bright brown eyes and his handsome smile.

He was a ray of sunlight that warmed her up.

"Thank you," Rebecca smiled and said sincerely.

Justin sat down next to her, took out his laptop and two books, then whispered in Rebecca's ear, "You're amazing! I'll look up to you."
