Chapter 36 Damien Stood in Front of Her Clarissa fantasized about Damien, but she never had hopes about this marriage. She would move out if he wanted her to, and she would not feel like she was at a loss.

Clarissa also specially sent a WhatsApp message to Luke.( Look at what you’ve done! Damien took out his anger on me and kicked me out because you tried to extort him. What do you think I’m worth to lim? He’ll only give me some change when he’s happy. I don’t even dare to ask him for money, yet you went to extort him?! ) Clarissa did this to dispel Luke’s idea of continuing to extort Damien and to warn him that Damien was not one to be trifled with.

Luke got angry when he saw this message.

He could tell that Damien was not a good-natured person nor a fool.

Luke was the driver of the Moore family and was sending Joseph to the accounting firm.

“Damien Lawrence. He kicked Clarissa out!”

Since Damien kicked Clarissa out, he probably had no feelings for her. It was no wonder that Damien did not show any sympathy to his brother-in-law.

Therefore, Luke felt that the key to this marriage should be Damien’s grandfather.

Damien’s grandfather was the most critical factor in this.

Luke felt that he could maintain a relationship with both sides. He wanted to get a liold of Dainien and keep leading: Joseph on.
