Tellord dialed a ramber furiously. “Sir, there’s a disciplinary inspection being run on me.”
Someone replied in a low voice, “Let me know if there’s anything you need help with. Do keep in mind that you have a family.”
The person on the phone hung up after that, and Telford knew he was doomed.
Even his one last hope was unwilling to help him and even threatened him with his family.
If he were to say anything he was not supposed to, his family was going to be in trouble.
Telford could not understand what was going on. The person he called was a powerful figure too. Why would he just abandon him like that?
Unbeknownst to him, Faron was involved in the matter, and some people in power had found out about it. There was no way that person was going to cover for Telford!
Telford was pale as a sheet, trembling from head to toe.
Just then, Tiffany shouted, “Take him away and search his office.”
Her team called out in response, getting to work at once. Telford was immediately handcuffed and taken away.
The sight of Telford’s arrest caused an uproar in the station
He had been abusing his power for years but no one aside from his closest friends dared to confront him about it. It brought them great satisfaction as they watched the scene unfold.

He had just found out about Telford’s arrest.
It was extremely dangerous to him.
Manipulating Sherry to falsely accuse someone else, falsifying evidence, and bribing, Telford would not yield Jordan too heavy of a sentence in court. But with how powerful Cape was, there was no way they were going to let him go just like that. He was going to jail for sure.
A prison sentence would be the end of Jordan. Joy Corp would never hire him again, and his career would be in shambles,
Despite the fact that Kim had ordered him to do all of this, Jordan knew very well just how powerful this woman was, Jordan would never dare to reveal a thing involving her, or his sentence would be worse than simply going to jail.
He was going to lose everything the very second Telford confessed. All the time, blood, sweat, and tears that he had spent to reach the position he had. It was so unfair.
A thought entered his mind, and he got to his feet with a murderous expression.
No, he could not lose everything just like that. If sherry and Telford were dead, he would be able to be free from this. There was no evidence, and no one would be able to do anything to him.
He was going to have to take a risk for his future.
Upon making up his mind, he took his phone out and made a call.
The call connected, and Jordan said in a low voice, “Cinq? Find Sherry Divos and kidnap her. Bring her somewhere secluded and wait for my orders.”

Jordan hung up the call and called for his secretary. “Tell Dorson Chez to see me.”
